Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Outbid Engine uses data on www.newoutbid.lol and staging.

What we collect

• Account identity from OAuth (name, email, avatar, provider id).
• Listing content you submit (name, URL, description, bid amounts).
• Payment metadata from Polar (order id, paid amount, listing id) so we can rank listings.
• Basic server logs (IP, user agent) for abuse and uptime.

Who else sees it

Polar processes payments. Auth providers authenticate sign-in. Hosting and the database run on our VPS and Supabase. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies

We use a session cookie so you stay signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.

Retention

Account and listing data stay until you ask us to delete them or the listing is removed. Payment records may be kept as required for accounting and Polar’s obligations.
